EVHC ADVANCE PROGRAMME

Aftersales Profit Builder (Service & Parts Depts.)

The training programme is delivered onsite and then remote follow-up to ensure the eVHC Advance Programme delivers sustained improvements, profitability and customer satisfaction. Further onsite maintenance visits are available and in line with individual dealership requirements.

Typically the initial training will be over two physical consecutive days, (dependant on the size of the departments/employees).

Advance Tech is a 1 day Technician focused programme; building confidence and enabling quality video’s and commentary using phrases and language understandable to your customers. Converting both the Companies and Technicians time invested to generate sales within the Service and Parts department.
